Junk Removal Day

We will be offering a "Junk Removal Day" on 27-30 September 2024

Prohibited items:

• No Appliances w/freon (dehumidifiers, freezers, refrigerators, etc.)

• No Hazardous Waste (asbestos, cleaning agents, gasoline, pesticides, etc.

• No Paint, including aerosol cans

• No Tires

• No Air Conditioners/Batteries

• No Mattresses or box springs

This service is ONLY offered to homeowners in the Brentwood Village Homeowners Association. This service is not offered to the Brentwood Village South residents. It is only for the Brentwood Village residents in the older addition (homes north of the pool).

The list of accepted items is below:

· Furniture - Dressers, Couches, Bookshelves, Filing Cabinets, Tables, Televisions, etc.

· Construction Debris - Sheetrock, Carpet, Wood, Lumber, Tile, Siding, Windows, etc.

· Garage, Basement, and Attic Clean-outs - Boxes, Garbage, Clothing, Barbeque Grills, etc.

· Lawn and Yard Debris - Brush, Limbs, Leaves, Timbers, etc.

· Large Item Demolition and Removal - Sheds, Decks, Hot Tubs, Pianos, etc.
